Building Our New Home - Mentone3850 through Burbank: Fascia Gutters & Scaffold UP

Week 10

Mon 10th Mar - Sun 16 Mar 2014

After (11) days of Brick work, ground floor is now 100% complete. YAH!!
Makes it harder to get around the house now that the scaffold has been erected.

Mon 10th Mar - NO work - Day 43
Public Holiday - Labour Day

Tue 11th Mar - South & West Side bricking complete - Day 44
Ground Floor Brick Work Day 11: Brickies completed bricking to bottom half of South and West Side.
This marks the ground floor bricking complete.

Brickies has also packed up and cleared the site (they must have moved on to a different project whilst scaffold is being erected)

Wed 12th Mar - Scaffolding Erected - Day 45
Delivery: Scaffold were delivered
Nothing else besides scaffold were erected today. It now makes it harder to get around the house and take any decent pix ::dizzy::

Weekly Contract Admin status update:-
Scaffolding is booked in for this week and should be erected in the next 1-2 days.

Next week fascia & guttering will be installed followed by Roof titles & first floor to be wrapped.

Thu 13th Mar - Scaffolding continues - Day 46
Scaffold to the top of the garage were erected today.

Fri 14th Mar - Fascia Installed - Day 47
Delivery: Fascia and Gutters
I thought they may probably deliver the Fascia and Gutters today ready to for tradies to install next week but when I got home I noticed they had already installed most of the Fascia (ColorBond: June) :z:
