Week 12
Mon 24th Mar - Sun 30 Mar 2014Brickies returned back on site this week. The First floor after (4) days of Brick work is now 50% complete , having said that bricking above garage is complete%
Mon 24th Mar - East/South Side bricking - Day 54
First Floor Brick Work Day 1: Brickies started partially bricking top half of East & South Side.
Tue 25th Mar - South /West Side bricking continues - Day 55
First Floor Brick Work Day 2: Brickies partially bricked first floor of South and West Side.
Wed 26 Mar - Above Garage Bricking - Day 56
First Floor Brick Work Day 3: Brickies started bricking window above Garage.
Quiet a bit of work today, brickies were on site continuing to brick first floor.
The Heating and Cooling guys showed up and installed all the Ducts and even managed to install t he evaporate Cooling Unit on the Roof.
ATTENTION: ***Check the location of ceiling vents for heating and cooling in bedrooms so they aren’t directly above occupants ** As I found the one in the MASTER Room was NOT according to floor plans.
The heating vent (near window) below is where we plan to place our bed head 
I have to somehow notify the SS without getting into trouble for being on site 
Weekly Contract Admin status update:-
The bricklayer is due to complete the First floor brickwork by the end of the next week.
Once complete we can proceed to LOCK UP.
Thu 27 Mar --No WORK - Day 57
Brickies did not show up today
However I notice the Down Pipe inside the RHS Balcony Pillar had finally been corrected and installed.
Issue: They had bricked up the LHS & RHS Balcony Pillar before the Downpipe were installed.
Even though I'd reminded them even before the started bricking that there was suppose to be a Down Pipe fitted inside the RHS Pillar but no one bothered to follow this up and NOW they have to cut out the brick work and installed it.

Fri 28th Mar - Above Garage Bricking complete - Day 58
First Floor Brick Work Day 4: Brickies completed all the brick work above Garage.
As I am having the whole facade(include the walls above the garage) completely rendered, I think the brickies tried to focus on this area of the house first so others could come in and start rendering.
I think the Solar Hot water panel was installed today because I cant recall seeing this a few days ago

So I guess one more week before the bricking is complete and we can call it LOCK UP!!!
