Ground Floor Bricking Continues - WK 8

Week 8

Mon 24th Feb - Sun 02 Mar 2014

Would have thought we would have completed ground brick work by end of this week but for some reason brickies slowed down and only completed bricking internal garage wall and first half of the front.



Mon 24 Feb -Front Facade half bricked - Day 33
Ground Floor Brick Work Day 3: Brickies completed bottom half of the front.



Tue 25 Feb -Internal Garage and Left Pillar Bricked - Day 34
Ground Floor Brick Work Day 4: Brickies completed Left Pillar , Internal garage walls.



Wed 26 Feb -Theatre Window Re-positioned - Day 35
No Sign on Brickies

Builder had called back the framer to fix the Theatre Window that I raised in week (7)

Here is the before and after shot of the windows
' Issue: The right window was hard up against the wall and resulting to the two windows not being positioning evenly in the room'
Now I am happy  

Weekly Contract Admin status update:-
We waiting for the Brickies to finish the ground floor then we will arrange for the scaffold to go up and complete bricking to first floor'



Thu 27 Feb -Right Pillar Bricked - Day 36
Ground Floor Brick Work Day 5: Not much work done today as Brickies only completed Right Pillar and started distributing the bricked around the house ready for the rest of the ground floor to be bricked.

I do hope next week the brickies will make up for the 2.5 days lost time this week
