Thought there may be no progress this week because Builder Admin advised we may be waiting another weeks for the Framer but guess they surprised us!!


Mon 03rd Feb - Day 18
Delivery of (1st) Frame Batch (Ground Floor Wall Frames)
--No sign of Framer--

Tue 04th Feb - Day 19
Delivery of (2nd) Frame Batch (SMART Floor Joist)
--No sign of Framer--

Wed 05th Feb- Day 20
GROUND FLOOR FRAMES ARE UP - 13 days after SLAB Pour

At first, was a little dis-appointed to received my weekly update from Builder Contract Admin via email stating:-
' Spoke to supervisor regarding an update on your new home. We are still waiting on the framer to commence out on site. I have not been provided with a commence date.
Once the frame has been completed, we will make a start on the internal rough ins'

But to both the Contract Admin and my surprise I saw this on the way home from work

Smart Floor Joist partial up at the Alfresco area

Smart Floor Joist partial up on top of Kitchen and Pantry area

FRAME DAY 1: Cant believe they did so much in just one day - All the ground floor and even part of the Floor Joist are up


Thu 06th Feb - Day 21
Delivery of (3rd) Frame Batch (Flooring)
--No sign of Framer--

Fri 07th Feb - Day 22
Delivery of (4th) Frame Batch (First Floor Wall Frames)

Frame Day 2: The Framer were hard at work today as they finished the Floor Joist and Flooring

Here are some of the Framing work to-date

So happy for this week progress, hopefully we get to see the First Floor and Roof Truss all complete by end of next week!!
